A brief overview of the work carried out:
- Removed industrial Freezers
- Replaced existing joists and upstairs floor
- Replaced the whole roof
- Added water and electric supply to the Building
- Installed Tesla Batteries for solar energy storage
- Replaced downstairs floor
- New boiler for the building
- Water-fed underfloor heating system upstairs & downstairs
- Cut existing brickwork out and added Tripple Glazing aluminum windows
- Rebuilt Gable-end to hold new Ridge steel
- Underpinned piers and built new ones to hold new steels
- Built a concrete pad for an 'End-less' Pool
- Added a small sauna
- Block paved driveway, laid in small bricks we recovered from under the original concrete
